Salida Del Sol ADHC
Salida Del Sol ADHC is an organized day program of therapeutic, social, and health activities and services provided to persons 18 years or older or other adults with functional impairments, either physical or mental, for the purpose of restoring or maintaining an optimal capacity for self-care. We are committed to providing high-quality programs and services in a safe and caring environment in order to enhance the physical, psychological, and social health of individuals, preserve their dignity and self-worth and improve quality of life.
What do we offer?
We offer a comprehensive array of health and other supportive services to older adults with chronic health conditions. Our goal is to delay and prevent institutionalization or other more expensive care settings by improving and preserving each individual's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our center also allows caregivers at home a necessary and well-deserved break time while their family member is at the ADHC center. As each individual's need varies, our services are provided on an individualized basis.

How to receive services from Salida Del Sol ADHC?
ADHC services are covered by Medi-cal for those who meet the medical eligibility criteria. If you have Medi-cal and want to know whether or not you qualify, please contact us.
